Engineered Hardwood
Engineered hardwood flooring is real wood flooring that has been manufactured for strength and durability. Because of their construction, they are also an eco-friendly option.
Most engineered hardwood is constructed using multiple layers of wood that are laminated together in an alternating grain pattern. This gives the core incredible strength and stability. The wear layer (top layer) can be milled out of almost any species, including some exotic ones.
Some engineered floors even come in textured surfaces like wire-brushed or hand-scraped looks.
